Return to Edinburgh Royal Botanic Garden to see RBGE Creative's 'Florilegium' and 'Future Ecologies' exhibitions

Well we met up as planned at the East Gate of the Botanics at the allotted time of 11 am. We proceeded to the Climate House galleries, I was taken with the lovely illustrations of rare flowers 💐, which were part of the 'Florilegium' exhibition.  I did notice that the majority of the artists were women which was great to see.

 

Next we went to the West Gate and watched a video piece on recycling in West Africa 🌍  by artist Louis Henderson called 'All that is Solid', part of the exhibition 'Future Ecologies.' Then we went to the cafe for a cuppa and sandwiches and a festive mince pie!
